Returns & Refund Policy

Deposits / Retainers

All deposits or retainers made to reserve photography or video services are non-refundable, as they secure production time, scheduling, and project availability.

Cancellations

Clients may request to reschedule with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 7 days in advance may be accommodated at no additional fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before a scheduled session may forfeit the deposit.

Digital Services / Creative Services

Due to the custom nature of photography, videography, editing, and creative services:

  • Completed services are non-refundable.

  • Payments made for completed shoots, editing, digital deliverables, or creative production are final.

Revisions

Projects that include revisions will receive revisions as outlined in the selected package or agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur additional charges.

Client Satisfaction

If there is a concern with delivered work, clients must notify Kaleta Studios within 5 business days of delivery so we can reasonably address the issue.

Print Products (If Applicable)

Because prints, albums, and custom products are made to order, these items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where Kaleta Studios is unable to perform the contracted services and no reasonable alternative or rescheduling can be provided.
