Welcome to Kaleta Studios. By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Kaleta Studios provides photography, videography, creative production, and related digital services as outlined in each selected package, proposal, or custom agreement.
2. Booking and Payment
A deposit or retainer may be required to secure your booking date.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Final deliverables may be withheld until payment is received in full.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Clients may request rescheduling subject to availability.
Cancellations may result in loss of deposit as outlined in our Refund Policy.
4. Deliverables
Deliverables, turnaround times, and revisions are based on the package or proposal selected.
Additional revisions or services outside agreed scope may incur additional fees.
5. Creative Rights
Kaleta Studios retains copyright to all images, videos, and creative works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive usage rights for personal or approved business promotional use unless otherwise stated.
Work may not be resold, altered, or commercially redistributed without written permission.
6. Client Cooperation
Clients agree to provide timely communication, access, approvals, and necessary project information.
Delays caused by missing client input may impact timelines.
7. Artistic Discretion
Client acknowledges creative services involve artistic judgment and final work is delivered in Kaleta Studios’ professional style.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kaleta Studios shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including weather, emergencies, equipment failure, or force majeure events.
Liability shall not exceed fees paid by client.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Website Purchases
By purchasing through this website, you agree all information provided is accurate and payments are authorized.
11. Changes
Kaleta Studios may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. Drone and Weather Conditions
Drone operations and exterior filming may be affected by weather conditions, FAA restrictions, wind, rain, or circumstances beyond Kaleta Studios’ control.
If conditions prevent safe operation, affected portions of the project may be rescheduled without liability to Kaleta Studios.
Weather-related delays or rescheduling do not constitute grounds for refund.
13. Additional Coverage / Overtime
Project pricing includes the coverage time outlined in the selected package or proposal.
Additional requested coverage beyond agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Optional additional coverage rates may apply as follows:
Half-Day Additional Coverage: $600
Full-Day Additional Coverage: $1,200
Additional coverage must be approved by client.
14. Travel Fees
Projects outside Kaleta Studios’ standard service area may incur additional travel-related charges, including mileage, tolls, parking, lodging, or related expenses.
Any applicable travel fees will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
15. Revisions
Each project includes one round of revisions unless otherwise stated in the selected package or proposal.
Additional revisions or substantial changes requested beyond the included scope may incur additional fees.
16. Raw Footage
Raw or unedited footage is not included unless specifically purchased or agreed in writing.
17. Force Majeure
Kaleta Studios shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, emergencies, or equipment failure.
